How It Works

Arcserve Cloud Direct installs a lightweight agent on local servers, replicating data in its original structure, creating a full image backup of the server, including the OS, files, directories, and applications. The data is transferred directly over the internet to the Arcserve Cloud without the need for any device or local disk. After the initial full backup is completed, only changes are transferred.
You can easily manage your data anytime, anywhere, with full job transparency, through a centralized management console. When data recovery is needed, simply select from multiple server image recovery points to spin up a server in the Arcserve Cloud as a virtual machine.
